Now Showing at the Siskiyou Arts Museum!

Our powerful, three woman show, Great Expectations at Siskiyou Arts Museum (SAM) has closed. Thank you to everyone who was able to come out to see it, or catch our virtual tour. I was so excited our virtual tour had over 1000 views!

My thrown, altered and sculpted piece, Goodbye Sudan ended up being an award winner (first!) and sold at the 2020 KVIE live auction.  This was a wonderful opportunity and helped the great cause of supporting PBS television for Northern California.

Goodbye Sudan is a metaphorical urn for what was then the remaining three Northern White Rhinos in Kenya. The bone-like finish portrays images of Rhinoceros and their skeletons and the pot is sculpted to appear as if three tiny Rhinos were stuffed inside. The name refers to the only male of the remaining three rhinos, Sudan, who died while was working on the piece.
